Remote Assistance - choice of methods

Now you have three choices. You can send your invitation by:

  1. Windows Messenger. For regular users of Remote Assistance, this is the quickest and most reliable option. However, you have to register for a Microsoft Passport account (quick and simple) and find your way round Windows Messenger. It's well worth it for regular users. Ask for details if you want to use this method.
  2. Email This is the simplest method, and the one we'll describe here.
  3. As a file (for advanced users)
