The Agenda for our meetings doesn't vary much, so this (below) will be a basis for most meetings.

   • We continually aim to improve what we do and are open to new ideas.

   • It's helpful to indicate topics to be brought up either in advance to the Chair(s) or at the outset of the meeting.

• Two set by the police team (violence-related)
• One chosen by the panel

10. Networking
• How can we engage with more of our residents and stakeholders?
11. At the first meeting after November 1st the Chair/Vice-Chair - or Co-Chairs -are "drawn from the panel membership by consent of those attending the meetings".
