Budget Workshop - 7 November 2005
These slides set out the process for capturing the first set of ideas. We've introduced the idea of "themes" so that we can get an early consensus on broad priorities without blocking the adoption of ideas which arise later (from any source). It's an experiment, and we'll see how it goes!
